Terms & Conditions

INGREDIENTS

All products that I made may contains or come into contact with wheat, eggs, soy, nuts, dairy or other allergens. The customers should inform me before booking if there are any allergy issues or restriction dietary.

ORDERS

The Delices d'Aure requires at least 7 days notice for orders.

 

I operate under Michigan's Cottage Food Law.


To confirm order requests, a non-refundable retainer is required within 48 hours after the invoice is sent. If deposit is not paid in time, order requests will be cancelled.


A reminder for any remaining balances will be sent 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. All remainders must be paid by 7P.M. the day before the the delivery/pickup date.

CHANGES

Custom order request or changes happened within 5 days from the requested due date, may be accepted depending availabilty and must be full paid at the time of booking to secure the order, extra fee may apply too.

DELIVERY/ PICKUP

For pickup, the customer will be notified with available pickup times of their selected date.
From the moment the sweets are no longer in my possession or are delivered, I am not responsible for any damage and no refunds will be made.

​

Delivery is offered for certains destinations, and it will be charged.

​

Once pickup/delivery it is up to the customer to store and care for the pastries as per our instructions.

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellations initiated by the customer 3 days before the date of the event, no refund will be made.
If I have to initiate the cancellation a full refund will be made.
